Job Description

Job Position: Sales Executive (Emiratization)

Location: Abu Dhbai (onsite)

Salary: upto AED 12,000

Experience : 2 years minimum (B2B)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities across assigned sectors and territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and commercial terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and management) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Emirati family book Mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
