Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships with customers, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. The Sales Executive will make sales presentations, provide product recommendations, nurture client accounts, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role also requires collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized office furniture solutions and participating in market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong client connections and effectively meet sales targets.
  • Understanding of market trends, ability to conduct research, and develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey details and close deals with clients.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and maintain client databases.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in office furniture or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Details:

  • Saturday to Thursday
  • Work location is 5th Settlement
  • Basic salary is 10,000 - 12,000 Net
  • Commission up to 2% from total monthly sales
  • Social Insurance is provided
