Job Summary:
As a key member of the Car Detailing team, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and developing car care products, engaging with customers, training detailing professionals, and driving brand visibility and sales across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels. We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to manage retail channels and build a strong influencer ecosystem for our premium car care products. This role combines retail execution with modern digital engagement to grow brand visibility, drive sales, and establish our brand as a leader in the detailing community
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business preferred).
- 38 years of experience in the car care/detailing industry or automotive aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of detailing products: waxes, polishes, ceramic coatings, compounds, interior/exterior care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for cars and car aesthetics.
- Ability to travel frequently for training and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Automotive Management.
- 25 years of experience in retail marketing, influencer engagement, or automotive sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for cars and automotive detailing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer metrics.
- Ability to travel locally for retail visits and influencer meets
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with car detailing products and techniques.
- Experience with influencer tools (e.g., Upfluence, HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ).
- Existing network in the car detailing or automotive enthusiast community.
