Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven catering and food service sales experience to lead business development and drive revenue growth for our new catering division. This role requires a proactive professional with industry connections, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of catering operations and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new catering business opportunities (corporate, private, and events).
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and agencies.
* Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and close catering sales.
* Conduct client meetings, tastings, and site visits to present catering offerings.
* Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on leads and conversions.
* Represent Niche Foods at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum 24 years of experience in food catering sales or hospitality sales (mandatory).
* Strong network within corporate, events, and hospitality sectors preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Valid driving license preferred.
* Experience in the Saudi market and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English are advantageous.
