Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales Commercial Vehicle and Industrial Tyres (including Truck, Bus and Off-The-Road) products in the UAE. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of TBR and OTR products to fleets, contractors, dealers, and key end-users
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and promote suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and close sales within approved guidelines
- Expand and support dealer and distributor networks
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Prepare basic sales reports and follow up on collections where required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE (preferably in TBR, OTR, tyres, automotive, or industrial products)
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of fleet, transport, construction, or industrial customers
- Proficient in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
