Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, and increasing sales from existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.
• Manage leads, sales opportunities, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales, technical, and laboratory teams to support customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Support preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Travel to customer locations

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
• Experience in testing, inspection, engineering, certification, or laboratory services is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and customer specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience using CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence with an acceptable driving record.
• Proactive, customer-focused, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
