Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, following up on collections, and contributing directly to achieving TABSCO's strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate must have strong B2B sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to sell integrated corporate service solutions to local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
1 Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and acquire new B2B clients locally and internationally.
Promote TABSCO's full portfolio of corporate services.
Develop new revenue opportunities aligned with company growth strategy.
2 Consultative Solution Selling
Analyze client operational and business needs.
Present tailored multi-service solutions.
Prepare professional proposals, pricing structures, and service packages.
3 Sales Target Achievement
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Contribute to overall company expansion and strategic growth goals.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
4 Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery post-closing.
5 Collection & Revenue Follow-Up
Follow up on issued invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
Coordinate with the finance department regarding outstanding balances.
Support maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing receivables risk.
6 Market Representation
Represent TABSCO at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Maintain professional brand positioning in the market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
24 years of experience in B2B corporate services sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Experience in client collection follow-up and receivables management.
Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Saudi driving license required.
