Job Description

A fast-growing, AI-powered CRM platform is launching in the UAE real estate vertical, with ambitions to expand globally. You'll be joining early and helping build the sales function from the ground up.

A quota-carrying, full-cycle Sales Executive responsible for closing the first wave of UAE customers from outbound prospecting through to signed contract and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and onboarding
  • Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, and referrals targeting the ideal customer profile
  • Deliver compelling demos that connect product capabilities to clear business outcomes
  • Feed structured customer insights back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end CRM or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record owning the full sales cycle
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and demo skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • UAE-based candidates only
