Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Cairo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales activities, client communication, product knowledge, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, creating a memorable first impression that reflects Cunacci's luxury brand image.
- Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs, preferences, and spatial requirements.
- Provide tailored product recommendations from our collections, emphasizing craftsmanship, design, and value.
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat visits, and referrals.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, including materials, finishes, and design heritage, while staying updated through continuous learning.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Offer guidance in product selection, helping clients visualize how pieces will fit and function in their spaces.
- Ensure showroom excellence by maintaining visual standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring product quality.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide delivery updates.
- Support administrative tasks such as processing transactions, managing orders, and keeping accurate client and sales records.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in luxury retail, furniture sales, or interior design consultation.
- A relevant degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, interior design, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving goals.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and showroom hours.
