Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate qualified leads (SMEs, brands, e-commerce)
- Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Acquisition
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs
- Present agency services (Social Media, Media Buying, SEO, Web Development)
- Close deals for retainers and one-time projects
Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle (lead → meeting → proposal → closing)
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Handle negotiations and objections professionally
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Focus on selling retainer-based services (6-month minimum)
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services
CRM & Reporting
- Track all activities and deals in CRM
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting
- Provide weekly sales updates and forecasts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (digital marketing agency experience is a MUST)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Proven track record in closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of potential clients
- Experience selling retainers (not only one-time projects)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong presentation skills
