Job Purpose:
To drive jewelry sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage boutique operations, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT procedures. This role involves both inside boutique responsibilities (sales and operations) and outside sales and event coordination (external exhibitions and client meetings).
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve boutique and personal sales targets, driving both in-store and external sales.
- Advise clients on jewelry pieces (gold, diamonds, precious stones) and provide personalized service.
- Handle boutique operations, including sales reporting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism) regulations and processes.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and other external sales activities inside and outside Qatar.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for events, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and customer service.
- Manage client follow-ups, CRM activities, and post-sale service.
- Support with inventory control, sales analysis, and general operations management.
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate level (bachelor's degree) or equivalent or higher.
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gold, and precious stones.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Familiarity with AML and CFT procedures in retail environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high productivity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle both sales and operational responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
- Primary work location is within the boutique(s) and at external events and exhibitions.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
