Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving project-based sales of water and wastewater treatment solutions across industrial and municipal sectors. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams for proposal development and bid submission.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial segments.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value water/wastewater treatment projects.
  • Generate leads through market research, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Visit clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government departments to promote company offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project customers before contract signing.
  • Provide insights into client requirements to internal stakeholders for solution development.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance

  • Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ADOSH SF standards, contributing to continual improvement in quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety performance.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) or any related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking and opportunity mapping skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales/sales coordination.
