Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Riyadh. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Sales opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow Sales and help company expand.
  • Maintain existing Sales.
  • Experience in the field of Bulk SMS Companies / Information Technology Companies / Advertising & Marketing Companies / Software Companies.
  • Experience in the field of Sales of (B2B) Business to Business / Selling Software / PaaS and SaaS Business / WhatsApp Business API / Information Technology Background.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive Sales in new and existing markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
  • 1 - 3 years experience as Sales Representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Excellent command in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communications and computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in ERP & CRM systems.
  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the IT or technology industry
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in selling software or hardware solutions, knowledge of CRM tools, and fluency in Arabic and English.
