Sales Executive - FMCG Beauty

Job Title: Sales/Key Accounts Executive Modern Trade (FMCG Non-Food)

Salary: AED 9,000 11,000 | Location: Dubai| Females Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Modern Trade accounts (Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, Union Coop, etc.)

Drive sell-in & sell-out, ensuring target achievement and category growth

Ensure on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram compliance

Execute promotions, listings, and in-store activations

Build strong relationships with buyers and store teams

Track sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activity

Must-Haves:

26 years experience in Modern Trade FMCG (Non-Food: Personal Care / Hygiene / Beauty)

Strong knowledge of the retail market & key accounts

Proven track record in sales target achievement & account management

Good negotiation, communication & reporting skills

Valid driving license is a must.
