Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive for FX and Commodities Trading at Noor Capital in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and expanding the client base for investment brokerage services in Forex, Indices and Commodities trading by identifying investment opportunities and marketing our services to potential clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute the company's sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain own contacts database with clients and potential clients.
- Working on achieving monthly target
- Converting CRM leads to clients.
- Follow up with clients and set up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients business premises
- Prepare reports about clients meeting results.
- Gathering clients information and updating the proper time
- Generate and communicate with new IB & Individual leads.
- Help clients with trading solutions, ideas, and analysis.
- Onboarding new clients and deposits. And maintaining existing clients.
- Support clients in using the company platformand provide training if needed.
- Keep current clients updated with market reposts and news.
- Identifying, analyzing job-related problems, and taking effective solutions
- Prioritizing, and time management to effectively complete assigned duties on time
- Comply with work-related requests made by management.
- Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance.
- Adhere to Company rules and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales financial services, Forex, Indices, and Commodities trading
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms and trading applications as well as basic trading concepts and strategies preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
