Role Description;
We are seeking an Sales Specialist strictly with strong knowledge of the UAE steel market to join our growing team. CV's with no Steel Industry experience will not be entertained please.
Job Summary
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and developing steel products across the UAE market. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence within the steel industry.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and manage relationships with traders, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expand territory coverage and customer base within the UAE.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Product Knowledge & Market Support
Promote and sell steel products including:
GI Coils, GI Sheets, MS Coils, Plates, Angles, Channels, Beams, Wire Rod, etc.
Provide product and commercial support to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Share market feedback with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the GCC steel industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE steel market.
Proven experience in sales target achievement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate must be currently based in the GCC.
Job Details
Location: JAFZA, Dubai
Working Days: 6 days per week
Salary: Based on experience
