Sales Executive

Q2FM is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Dubai, helping businesses grow through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, SEO, Website Development, Media Production, and Lead Generation.

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional who understands digital marketing services and can confidently sell solutions to business owners and decision-makers across the UAE.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outbound sales activities
• Meet with business owners, CEOs, marketing managers, and decision-makers
• Present digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs
• Prepare proposals and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Required)
• Experience in B2B sales (Required)
• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English required
• Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
• UAE driving license (Mandatory)
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for someone who can confidently sit in front of a business owner and explain how digital marketing generates leads, sales, and business growth—not someone who only has traditional sales experience.
