Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Executive at Hype Energy+.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Sales Director with daily business activities with existing clients.
- Mapping potential customers and generating new leads and business opportunities for the organisation in the region.
- Maintaining and growing sales within existing countries of distribution, together with local partners.
- Building and improving long-term relationships with customers.
- Executing strategic sales plan: annual sales forecast and regular reviews along with the Sales
- Assisting the Sales Director in pricing strategy as per Management's and CFO's input, and creating tools to keep pricing consistency.
- Identifying and discussing with the Sales Director the opportunities to improve the sales process.
- Following up on lead status, negotiations with new partners, and the renewal of agreements, and on market visits.
- Supporting customers, including preparation of contracts (EDA's, NDA's, Commission Agreements) & product registration processes, as well as daily customer problem solving with the support of Sales Administrators.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of sales analysis tools or shared tools with other departments.
- Reporting to the Sales Director and Management on sales activity.
- Working with the Sales Director and the Trade Marketing team on the development of trade marketing tools.
- Working collaboratively with guidance from the Sales Director with Innovation, Supply Chain & Marketing departments on product trends, competitor analysis, and customised sales strategy per country of distribution.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience withinFMCG, preferably inbeverages, food, or consumer goods
- Fluent/Native in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories
- Bachelor's degree in Business or International Sales
- Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable working withlimited structure
- Demonstrated success indeveloping new markets, distributors, and key accounts
- Solid understanding of Traditional & Modern Trade
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and key customers
- Excellent understanding ofpricing, margins, promotions, and trade marketing
- Capable of independently managing thefull sales cycle(prospecting, onboarding, growth)
- Strong analytical skills to monitorsales performance, forecasts, and market trends
