Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Skills

• Sales and Negotiation: Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media management, PPC, web development, and analytics, CRM & Lead Generation Processes.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations tailored to clients needs.

Local Market Knowledge

• Familiarity with the UAE market and knowledge of local industries, trends, and competitors in the digital marketing landscape.
• Experience networking and building relationships with businesses in Dubai is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
• Present digital marketing solutions to clients, including customized strategies for their businesses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and services to better advise clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new clients acquired per month.
• Total revenue generated.
• Client retention rate and satisfaction levels.
• Conversion rate of leads into sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related industry (media, advertising, or technology).
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
