Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote injectables to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Scientific background in education (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field)
  • Currently based in the UAE with at least 3 years of experience in injectables sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong network within dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
