Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Salary: 8000 AED to 9000 AED / Month

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Senior Sales Executive with experience in the mattress, bedding, or home furniture industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with product selection, driving showroom sales, and maintaining excellent customer service standards while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting mattresses, bedding products, and related accessories based on their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Maintain showroom standards, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.

Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation in the company system.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Support showroom operations and assist with inventory checks when required.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of sales experience in the mattress, bedding, or furniture industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.

Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
