Role Description
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2C sales, particularly with schools, universities, or training centers.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct field visits, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good market awareness and competitor analysis skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong reporting skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Must own a car and valid driving license and willingness to travel within their assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- +3 years of experience in outdoor sales within the education sector.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
