Role Description

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2C sales, particularly with schools, universities, or training centers.
  • Ability to generate leads, conduct field visits, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good market awareness and competitor analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong reporting skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Must own a car and valid driving license and willingness to travel within their assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • +3 years of experience in outdoor sales within the education sector.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
