Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while driving real estate sales for off-plan and ready projects. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, showcasing properties, negotiating terms, finalizing deals, and working closely with clients to ensure a seamless experience. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing team to assist in improving client outreach and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with potential buyers and clients
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly the Dubai market, including property trends and investment opportunities
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle client appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a real estate or sales position is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
