We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive with strong experience in events to drive revenue through sponsorships, exhibitor sales, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and manage clients throughout the event lifecyclefrom pre-event sales to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients, sponsors, and exhibitors for events.
Sell event sponsorship packages, booths, and branding opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and key decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and event-based sales targets.
Attend events to manage clients on-site and ensure delivery of agreed sponsorship benefits.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and post-event performance summaries.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of sales experience, preferably within events, exhibitions, conferences, or sponsorship sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling B2B sponsorships or exhibition spaces.
Strong network within corporate, startup, or SME communities.
CRM experience and strong reporting skills.
High level of professionalism and client-facing confidence.
