We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for LEARN Riyadh and the multi-city LEARN Roadshow across the Kingdom.
This role is ideal for a strong relationship builder with an established network in KSA who thrives in sponsorship sales, partnerships, and revenue generation within the education, technology, and innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell premium sponsorship and partnership packages for LEARN Riyadh and the LEARN Roadshow.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with telcos, tech companies, banks, consumer brands, retail, logistics, and government-linked entities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting.
- Engage regularly with clients in Riyadh and travel across the Kingdom as required.
- Represent LEARN in meetings with senior stakeholders from government and private sectors.
- Build long-term relationships to secure multi-year sponsorships and partnerships.
- Collaborate with UK and KSA teams to customize and localize sponsorship proposals.
- Maintain sponsor relationships before, during, and after activations, ensuring delivery of all commitments.
- Identify upselling opportunities and multi-year agreements.
- Provide market insights on pricing, competitor landscape, and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to activation concepts, experience design, and sponsorship engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within KSA.
- A strong relationship builder with an established network in KSA
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (government officials, telcos, big retail, global tech)
- Skilled in presenting value propositions to CMOs, innovation teams, CSR leads, and top management
- Highly driven by targets, KPIs, and revenue outcomes
