We are hiring a Social Media Moderator with a solid Sales background.

Responsibilities:

• Answer social media messages and comments daily.
• Making calls with potential customers daily.
• Handling CRM daily.
• Managing all community platforms.
• Handling the registration and follow-up process of our courses.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Ensure all our programs run smoothly and our students are satisfied without problems, besides helping us gain more qualified leads.
