Job Overview:

Responsible for achieving motorcycle sales targets through effective customer engagement, lead management, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Ensures excellent customer experience throughout inquiry, test ride, purchase, and delivery processes. Coordinates with internal teams to support registration, delivery, and aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert customer prospects into motorcycle sales.
  • Handle leads via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate motorcycle models.
  • Provide product demonstrations and organize test rides.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations per company policy.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations for registration, insurance, and delivery.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on features, specs, and promotions.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and activities using CRM/Excel tools.
  • Ensure professional bike display and showroom presentation.
  • Support showroom activities, marketing events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Build relationships with fleet and corporate customers.
  • Escalate any operational delays affecting customer delivery.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in sales (motorcycle or automotive preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or CRM systems.
  • Good product knowledge and ability to conduct demos.
  • English required; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
