We're looking for a Sales Executive who loves connecting with people, thrives on hitting targets, and enjoys the fast-paced world of entertainment and events. Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by securing bookings for birthday parties, school trips, corporate team-building, and group events across both venues. This role also includes handling reservation calls, managing inquiries, and supporting the team with outbound sales and follow-ups.
You'll be the voice behind the excitement, the guide for schools and families, and the driver of new business - while ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, joyful, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach:
- Proactively generate leads from schools, corporate groups, event planners, and families.
- Conduct outbound calls, pitch experiences, and nurture potential clients to close deals.
- Promote and upsell packages, special offers, and event add-ons across both brands.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI goals.
- Prepare tailored proposals and confidently negotiate with clients.
Reservations and Customer Service
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries with clarity, confidence, and a warm attitude.
- Provide detailed information on attractions, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Assist guests through the full booking process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve issues or concerns with positivity and professionalism.
- Ensure every customer receives a seamless, enjoyable pre- and post-visit experience.
Event Coordination and Support
- Gather customer requirements for events, including dcor, food options, and special requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
- Follow up with customers to confirm arrangements and guarantee satisfaction.
Reservation & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer details in the reservation and CRM systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and booking trends.
- Keep customer information updated to support effective follow-ups and future outreach.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma required; degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, reservations, call center, or customer service - ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or events.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and sales articulation skills.
- Confident, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM and reservation management software.
