Job Title: Sales Executive – Courier & Driver Recruitment

We provide fast, reliable, and modern logistics solutions. We are expanding our fleet and seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our driver/courier onboarding and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and onboard freelance and full-time couriers/drivers to join our delivery network.
Pitch our competitive delivery rates and driver packages to individual couriers and fleet owners.
Build and manage a steady pipeline of active delivery drivers.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Build strong relationships with driver communities and local networks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Business Development (logistics/courier background is a huge plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Fluency in Arabic; good command of English.
