Role Overview-

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Doha.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into long-term members. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities-

• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations and facility tours
• Convert prospects into active members
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management tools

Qualifications & Skills-

• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Strong lead generation and closing skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Doha, Qatar
• Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
