About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial leasing team at Nile City Towers. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of Cairo’s most prestigious business complexes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential corporate clients and tenants

- Present and promote Nile City Towers office and retail spaces

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support.

-Regularly meet with clients to assess needs, gather feedback, and offer additional solutions.

-Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, potential competitors, and client needs.

-Monitor competitor offerings and provide insights for developing competitive pricing strategies.

-Provide regular reports on sales progress, activities, and results to management.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate or commercial leasing

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Strong presentation and organizational skills
