Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is focused on driving sales of industrial consumables to businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this sector, excellent communication skills, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for industrial consumables.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing, construction, logistics, and other relevant industrial sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client accounts, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in Industrial Consumables (e.g., abrasives, safety equipment, hand tools, chemicals, MRO supplies, welding equipment, fasteners, etc.).
- UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 3000 - 4000 AED
