Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with strong hands-on experience in Odoo to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and utilizing Odoo to monitor and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate sales data, leads, and reports using Odoo.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (Mandatory).
• Good understanding of ERP systems and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
