The Role

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales across low-rise construction segments (G+1 to G+3) throughout the UAE. This role involves proactive field engagement, relationship-building with contractors and project stakeholders, and understanding construction cycles and material requirements.

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a consistent presence at project sites, and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into successful sales.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct regular field visits to active and upcoming project sites to build relationships and understand client needs.
  • Present products and solutions, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales progress; submit daily/weekly reports to management.
  • Liaise with logistics, customer service, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to delivery or product performance.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to maximize coverage and meet sales targets.
  • Use sales data and performance metrics to drive decisions and improve results.

  • Sales Drive & Target Orientation strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Product & Market Knowledge understanding of construction materials, project cycles, and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Reporting & Analytical Thinking skilled in maintaining accurate records and using data to evaluate performance.
  • Time Management & Follow-Up capable of managing multiple leads and ensuring timely closure.

Behavioural

  • Client Relationship Management ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills clear, persuasive communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Mobility & Adaptability willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing project environments and client needs.

Our Ideal Match

  • Qualification: Diploma or relevant certifications (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Specialized/Technical Knowledge: Experience in sales function (experience in ceramics sales preferred)
  • Relevant Work Experience: 610 years
  • Language Proficiency: English (any additional language is an advantage)
