The Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles or products; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process; proactively follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and secure sales opportunities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits to customers.
  • Communicate technical product information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Conduct test drives and providing detailed explanations of vehicle performance and capabilities.

Digital Sales Tools Expertise

  • Use online sales tools and platforms, including websites, virtual showrooms, and online configurators, to engage customers and facilitate remote sales processes.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media, and online advertising to generate leads and drive sales.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations affecting automotive sales, including finance options, warranties, and consumer rights, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

The Job Profile

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Sales Management, or Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus

Professional Certifications

Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Automotive Sales Certification

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a closely related field

Languages Proficiency

Fluency in English & Arabic languages
