Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Meet with clients (businesses, developers) to understand their furniture needs for projects (offices, hotels, homes).

* Needs Analysis & Design: Assess spaces, provide design advice (layouts, color, space optimization), and offer tailored furniture solutions.

* Sales & Proposals: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and presentations; negotiate pricing; close deals.

* Project Management: Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in furniture trends, materials, styles, and new product innovations.

* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

* Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals.

**Essential Skills &

Qualifications:**

*Experience*: Previous sales (retail/commercial), interior design, or project management background.

Design Skills: Ability to read plans, offer layout suggestions, pref )knowledge of design software (like AutoCAD) is a plus.

*Interpersonal*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Organizational: Highly organized, multitasking, problem-solving, proactive.

Technical: Computer proficiency, potentially CRM software
