Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and presenting customized solutions. The role includes conducting market research, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving the organization's revenue goals while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, sales strategies, and market research techniques
  • Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Experience or understanding of the property management or real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai, showcasing strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
