Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Abu Dhabi, focused on roof waterproofing solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting services to potential customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves frequent client interaction, market analysis, and collaboration with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills with a focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of roof waterproofing, COMBO ROOFING SYSTEM, construction projects, and materials
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, or building maintenance sales is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
