Job Description:

  • Sell prepaid/postpaid SIM cards, data plans, and telecom services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Generate leads through field sales, kiosks, retail, and outdoor activities
  • Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable telecom packages
  • Handle SIM registration, onboarding, and KYC verification as per regulations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Handle customer queries and service issues professionally
  • Coordinate with supervisors on sales performance and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and market trends
  • Participate in campaigns and promotional activities
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service standards
  • Support overall team and branch sales targets
  • Safeguard SIM stock and company assets
  • Follow assigned schedules and reporting requirements
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years in telecom sales, retail sales, or direct sales.

UAE Telecom Experience Preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and customer handling skills.
  • Experience in telecom sales, SIM card sales, mobile plans, or related
  • products/services
  • Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Good understanding of telecom products, prepaid/postpaid plans, data packages,
  • and promotions.
  • Experience in direct sales, outdoor sales, kiosk sales, or retail telecom sales.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, retail outlets, kiosks, or field locations.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic/Urdu is an added advantage
