ABOUT SOVEREIGN WATER
Sovereign Water is a British-engineered water treatment and commercial drinking water company operating across the KSA market. We supply, install, and maintain water systems for hotels, restaurants, coffee chains, offices, and commercial facilities.
Our clients include major QSR brands, 5-star hotels, and leading fit-out contractors. We're growing and we need someone to drive new business in Riyadh.
THE ROLE
This is an outbound sales role. Your job is to find new customers through cold calling, convert them into meetings, and close deals. You'll be making 75+ outbound calls per week to hotels, restaurants, offices, and contractors across Riyadh.
This is a fully remote position. You'll be working independently, managing your own schedule, and driving your own results. That means you need to be self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined. If you need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done, this isn't for you.
You don't need to be a water engineer. We'll train you on the products. What you need is the ability to pick up the phone, talk to strangers, and book meetings. Technical support is provided by our experienced Service Director.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make min 15+ cold calls per day to new prospects across Riyadh
Schedule meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
Work with our technical team to prepare proposals
Close deals and collect advance payments
Report weekly on your activity and results
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is hungry to earn and not afraid of the phone
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
Energetic, persistent, and competitive
Some experience in B2B sales, telesales, or cold calling (any industry)
Fluent Arabic and conversational English
Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
You want a role where your income is directly tied to your effort
COMPENSATION
Base package: 6,000 SAR/month all-in (salary + housing + transport). All fuel and work-related expenses will be reimbursed.
Benefits: Full medical insurance and Iqama included.
Commission: 5-10% on every deal you close, paid when cash is received. No cap. No ceiling. Your earnings are limited only by your effort.
For certain products, commission is 10% of the sales price. Average orders in this market are 250,000 - 500,000 SAR and are accessible with the right approach.
Monthly targets will be discussed during the interview process. They are achievable for anyone willing to put in the work.
