Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Riyadh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships to secure and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving organizational goals through proactive planning and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

  • Sales and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and data-driven decision making
  • Understanding of sales strategy and negotiation practices
  • Ability to meet targets and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Prior sales experience in Riyadh events industry or any related field is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
