What You Can Expect

What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and build real relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses (CEOs, CFOs, COOs)
- Understand client cash flow challenges and position UPFRONT's solutions in a way that actually makes sense for their business
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to tailor solutions for unique client needs
- Track sales performance and opportunities in CRM, reporting insights to leadership
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
- Provide market and client feedback to help improve product features and service delivery
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments
- Proven track record closing high-value deals and managing full sales cycles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - you know how to build trust and guide conversations toward outcomes
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and deliver results
Bonus Points For
- Startup experience in high-growth environments
- Knowledge of cash flow, B2B payment cycles, or financial product sales
- Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
- Familiarity with UAE and MENA business markets

- Salary: 8,00012,000 AED per month, depending on experience, with clear performance-based growth potential
