Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate vacuum cleaners to potential customers in retail outlets or designated locations.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and accessories.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries professionally and provide after-sales support when required.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and share feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or promotion, preferably in home appliances/vacuum cleaner or electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate products effectively and influence buying decisions.
  • Language proficiency: English (additional local languages preferred).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and travel if required.
  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
