Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in FMCG distribution across pharmacies, supermarkets, and retail outlets. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients across pharmacies, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize sales.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals to close sales efficiently.
  • Track sales performance, monitor competitor activity, and report insights to management.
  • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and promotional execution at retail points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement strategies and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales within pharmacies, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus.
  • Ability to travel across assigned territories regularly.

KPIs / Targets:

  • Number of new accounts opened per month/quarter.
  • Revenue growth across all channels.
  • Product placement and merchandising compliance at retail points.
