ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to support our growth across Women Choice's programs, partnerships, and events. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective partners, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive networker, and passionate about women's empowerment and corporate partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify potential leads across sectors, including corporate, government, and institutional partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to closing and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Reach out to decision-makers to introduce Women Choice's initiatives, programs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership decks.
  • Represent Women CHOICE in meetings, networking events, and conferences.
  • Support marketing and partnership teams in developing tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 24 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the DEI, CSR, or NGO sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for women's empowerment and diversity-driven initiatives.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience in sponsorship or partnership sales for events or programs.
  • Knowledge of the UAE and MENA business landscape.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) communication is a plus.
