We're seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to support the design, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical executionleveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalized, timely, and measurable customer experiences across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio)
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain data extensions, SQL queries, and automations
- Segment audiences and manage customer data for targeted marketing initiatives
- Partner with marketing, CRM, and data teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing, personalization strategies, and journey optimization
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and segmentation
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign reporting
- Understanding of customer lifecycle and digital marketing concepts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer)
- Experience with AMPscript and personalization techniques
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
- Experience with mobile, SMS, or push notification campaigns
- Knowledge of data privacy and consent management
