Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head / Director to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong market knowledge, team management expertise, and a proven track record of driving revenue and closing high-value deals in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow the real estate sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive primary and secondary market sales across residential and investment properties
  • Set sales KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement
  • Mentor, train, and motivate sales managers and property consultants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key partners
  • Oversee lead conversion, client negotiations, and deal closures
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and lead generation strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within real estate
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive high-performance culture
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
  • Results-driven with a strong closing track record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with reputed developers or real estate brokerages
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate industry
