Proven experience as an Indoor Sales Executive, preferably in kitchens, furniture, or home finishing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM systems).
Experience with kitchen design software is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, Winner, or similar).
