Lunica Marketing Agency is growing, and we're excited to welcome a Sales, Influencer & Social Media Coordinator to our team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, influencer marketing, and social media, and who enjoys working with people, hospitality, and premium brands.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist with sales outreach and follow-ups
• Help identify and approach potential clients
• Support preparation of proposals and offers
• Track leads, contacts, and client communication

Influencer Coordination

• Build and manage a database of influencers, UGC creators, and models
• Reach out to influencers for collaborations (mainly barter at the beginning)
• Coordinate content posting, deadlines, and requirements
• Track influencer activity and prepare simple reports for clients

Social Media Assistance

• Post and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Assist with captions, hashtags, and basic content planning (if needed)
• Monitor engagement and basic performance
• Support daily social media tasks across client accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, sales support, influencer marketing, or social media (or strong motivation to learn)
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, Canva is a plus
